Delivery: Drop Mega Shop (DMS)

Delivery for any unexpected reason (like: after duty hours, holiday or surrounding condition etc.) we take maximum 12 hours to contact with you after placing an order. You can also contact with your selected Sales section. After contacting you, it will take maximum 48 hours (for portable product) for delivery and for large size product (products which needs transport & labor), it will take max 72 hours for delivery. Delivery charge is applicable according to your location & distance from the selected Sales our delivery team.

You have the freedom to cancel your order. To know details about order cancel policy. If we are unable to deliver the ordered product then we’ll contact you within 24 hours after placing the order (Not applicable for holiday, natural calamities or any unstable situation).

We offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
